These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the dj999 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing or using dj999 you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

You must be 18 years of age or older — or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction — to register. One account per person. False registration information will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Pakistani players are responsible for determining the lawfulness of their participation under applicable local law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your Account.
Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
These Terms are published in English. In the event of any dispute arising from translation or interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction or any applicable local law, to register an Account and use the Platform. dj999 strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request age-verification documents at any time and to suspend an Account pending verification.

Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. By registering an Account you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of a third party, and that you are not a politically exposed person or subject to any financial sanctions regime that would prohibit your participation.
When registering an Account you must provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
dj999 operates a mandatory KYC process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before deposits, withdrawals or certain account features are enabled:
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. dj999 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Security Tip: Use a strong, unique password for your dj999 Account. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. Enable two-factor authentication where available to add an additional layer of protection to your Account.
All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the operator at the time of the transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of deposit. Deposits must be made from payment instruments held in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.
Payment options referenced on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar Pakistani payment contexts only. None of these providers endorses, supports or is affiliated with gambling operations. The availability of any specific payment method is confirmed at the time of deposit and may change without prior notice.

Account balances and transaction amounts are displayed in the currency designated at account registration. Where amounts in Pakistani Rupee (PKR / Rs) are referenced — for example "minimum deposit PKR 500" or "maximum bonus PKR 25,000" — these are illustrative figures only and actual limits are confirmed within the cashier at the time of transaction.
dj999 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) controls in accordance with applicable operator licensing obligations. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions. Deposits and withdrawals that cannot be satisfactorily explained may be frozen pending investigation and, where appropriate, reported to relevant authorities.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional incentives offered by dj999 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this Agreement, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits and any game-contribution rates are stated in each individual promotion's terms. Playing games not eligible for bonus wagering while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:
Where bonus abuse is identified, dj999 reserves the right to void all related bonuses and winnings, close the Account and recover any funds withdrawn as a result of abusive activity.
dj999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time. Promotions are not available where prohibited by applicable law. The operator may restrict promotional eligibility at its discretion.
dj999 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has started where live-betting was not offered, bets placed using odds that were manifestly erroneous, and bets placed by Users whose Accounts are under review.
Cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, ICC T20 World Cup matches, bilateral international series and domestic competitions — are subject to sport-specific rules published within the sportsbook section. In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, forfeited or otherwise not completed in accordance with official competition rules, bets will be settled according to the operator's published void and settlement rules.
In-play betting markets are offered at the operator's discretion. Connectivity issues, data-feed delays and platform maintenance may affect the availability of live markets. dj999 accepts no liability for losses arising from in-play market suspension during live events.
All casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, table games and instant games — are governed by the rules of the individual game as displayed within the game interface. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are illustrative figures based on theoretical long-term calculations and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
In the event of a system error, technical malfunction or manifest pricing error, dj999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts. No liability is accepted for losses arising from technical faults beyond the operator's reasonable control.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances and referral to law enforcement authorities:
All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform — including but not limited to the dj999 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics and audio-visual content — are owned by or licensed to the operator. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of dj999.
Your use of the Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dj999 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any of its content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dj999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming funds resulting from circumstances outside the operator's reasonable control.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of dj999 to any individual User shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. dj999 is not responsible for any gambling-related losses you incur. You agree to wager only amounts you can afford to lose and to make full use of the responsible-gambling tools available on the Platform.

Increases to deposit or loss limits take effect after a mandatory cooling-off period. Decreases take effect immediately. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

dj999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:
Upon Account closure — whether initiated by you or by dj999 — any remaining real-money Balance (after deducting any amounts owed to the operator) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds will be forfeited on closure unless all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. If you are requesting closure due to a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool to ensure adequate protection across any future access attempts.
The collection, use, storage and sharing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account and using the Platform you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
dj999 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, identity-verification service providers and regulatory authorities as required by applicable law and the operator's licensing obligations.
dj999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to notify registered Users by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will be effective from the date of publication unless stated otherwise.
If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your local law require otherwise.
In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, account decision or any other matter, you should first contact our support team by live chat or email. We will endeavour to resolve the dispute within 14 business days of receiving all relevant information. If the matter cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, you may refer it to the dispute-resolution body specified in the operator's licensing terms.
Players accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own risk and on the understanding that Pakistani law may restrict or prohibit online gambling. dj999 does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful under Pakistani law and makes no claim to licensing or regulatory endorsement from any Pakistani authority.
