You can then complete identity verification to unlock full deposit and withdrawal functionality.

dj999 requires a valid government-issued photo ID — your Pakistani CNIC, passport or driving licence — along with a proof of address document dated within the past three months, such as a utility bill or bank statement. If you are verifying a payment method, a screenshot or photograph of the payment instrument used may also be requested. All documents are processed securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

No. Each player is permitted one account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is a breach of dj999's Terms and Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances voided. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password-reset option rather than creating a new account.

Click the 'Forgot Password?' link on the login screen and enter the email address associated with your account. You will receive a password-reset link by email within a few minutes. Click the link, enter your new password and confirm it. If you do not receive the email within 10 minutes, check your spam or junk folder. Still no email? Contact our 24/7 live-chat support team for assistance.

You can request account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closing, make sure you have withdrawn any remaining balance. If you are closing the account for gambling-related reasons, we encourage you to consider our responsible-gambling tools — such as a cooling-off period or self-exclusion — as an alternative. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

dj999 supports a range of payment methods suited to Pakistani players. Familiar local references include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. Please note that these provider names are cited as familiar local context only — they do not endorse or support gambling operations. The payment methods available to you will be confirmed at the cashier screen after login.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier when you select your preferred option. As a general guide, mobile wallet deposits typically start from PKR 500. Bank transfer minimums may be higher depending on the sending institution. Check the cashier screen for the current minimums applicable to your chosen method, as these can be updated periodically.

Most deposits are credited instantly or within a few minutes. Mobile wallet transactions via services referenced in our cashier are generally the fastest. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending institution and the time of day the transfer is initiated. If your deposit has not appeared in your account after 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

Navigate to the cashier section of your account and select 'Withdraw'. Choose your preferred withdrawal method, enter the amount you wish to withdraw and confirm. You must withdraw to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit, or to a verified bank account in your own name. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification being complete. Processing times vary by method but most are handled within 24–72 hours.

Yes. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier at the time of your request. As a general reference, minimum withdrawals typically start from PKR 1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per period are set by the operator and detailed in the Terms and Conditions. High-value withdrawals may require additional verification before processing.

Common reasons for withdrawal delays include incomplete KYC verification, an active bonus with unmet wagering requirements, a mismatch between the withdrawal method and the deposit method used, or a flagged transaction requiring additional review. If your withdrawal has been pending for longer than the stated processing time, contact our support team with your withdrawal reference. Our team will investigate and provide an update within 24 hours.

dj999 offers a wide range of sports betting markets. Cricket is a core focus — you can bet on Pakistan national team matches, PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments including the World Cup and Champions Trophy, and international series. Beyond cricket, the sportsbook covers football, tennis, basketball, UFC and mixed martial arts, kabaddi and more. Pre-match and live in-play betting are both available across major markets.

Live betting allows you to place wagers on a match or event while it is already in progress. Odds update in real time based on the current state of play. For example, during a PSL T20 match you can bet on the next wicket, the next over's run total, or the match winner as the game unfolds. To place a live bet, navigate to the Live Betting section, select your event and market, enter your stake and confirm before the market closes.

dj999 offers a broad casino library including slots with a wide range of themes and payline structures, classic and modern table games such as roulette, blackjack and baccarat, a live dealer casino with real croupiers streaming in real time, video poker, and instant-win games. New titles are added regularly. You can browse the full catalogue from the Games section of the platform after logging in.

Yes. The dj999 platform is fully optimised for mobile browsers, meaning the live dealer casino — including live blackjack, live roulette and live baccarat tables — is accessible on smartphones and tablets without any app download required. A stable internet connection is recommended for the best live-streaming experience. We suggest using a WiFi connection rather than mobile data for extended live-casino sessions.

Live streaming availability depends on the event and your account status. Where live streams are available for a market — including select cricket, football and other fixtures — you will see a streaming indicator next to the event in the sportsbook. An active account balance or recent bet placement may be required to access the stream. Coverage of major events such as ICC tournaments and PSL fixtures is subject to broadcasting rights.

dj999 runs a variety of promotional offers including welcome bonuses for new players, deposit-match bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, cashback promotions, and sports-betting free bets tied to major events like PSL fixtures and ICC tournaments. Promotions are updated regularly and details — including eligibility criteria and valid period — are published on the Promotions page of the platform. Always read the full terms before opting in.

A wagering requirement — sometimes called a playthrough requirement — specifies how many times you must wager a bonus amount before it can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place a total of PKR 20,000 in eligible bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. Different games contribute different percentages toward the wagering total; slots typically contribute 100% while table games may contribute less.

Yes. You can withdraw consent for all promotional communications at any time from the notification settings section of your dj999 account. Once updated, you will stop receiving bonus offers, free-bet alerts and promotional emails within 24 hours. If you prefer to receive gameplay alerts but not marketing promotions, you can customise your notification preferences individually from the same settings screen.

Yes. All bonuses at dj999 carry an expiry date — typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of issue, depending on the promotion. If wagering requirements are not met within the valid period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. The expiry date and remaining time for each active bonus are displayed in the Bonuses section of your account. Always check the specific terms of each promotion before opting in.

If you have accepted a bonus that is linked to a deposit, withdrawing your deposit balance before meeting the wagering requirement will typically result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being forfeited. Your original deposit funds may remain withdrawable subject to the specific promotion terms. We recommend reading the full bonus terms before depositing so you are clear on what is accessible at each stage.

dj999 uses Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Sensitive personal data is encrypted at rest. Access to player records is restricted on a strict need-to-know basis with role-based controls. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers — card processing is handled by licensed payment processors. Full details of our data-protection practices are set out in our Privacy Policy.

dj999 provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion — all accessible from the Responsible Gambling section of your account settings. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit or ending a cooling-off period early is subject to a mandatory reflection delay. Self-exclusion periods of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years or permanently cannot be reversed before the chosen period ends.
